How we work.
Tell us what you need and we build the package around it: the service, the location, and any extras. Gladstone, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands and Calliope are included. Agnes Water / 1770, and jobs further out, are either an extra or confirmed before the price is locked.
Drone work follows CASA rules, airspace, weather and the pilot’s call on the day. If it isn’t safe or it isn’t allowed, we change the plan, postpone, or don’t fly. You’ll need permission for the property, site or event. We only film where we’re allowed to be.
Weather, light and the event itself can change what we capture. Specific people, moments or shots aren’t guaranteed unless we’ve agreed them beforehand.

Each package starts from a set figure. Add-ons change the estimate as you build it.
Highlights — from $395
Up to two hours with a two-person crew. One edited 30–90-second highlight, filmed on the ground and from the air where permitted. Delivered within five business days, with one round of revisions.
Flyover — from $150
One drone flight of about 25–30 minutes. Original, unedited aerial footage, delivered by private link within 48 hours. Extra flight time, a second drone, a USB, and faster delivery can be added.
Real Estate — from $150
At least five edited aerial photographs of the property and its surroundings, ready for a listing. Delivered by private link within 48 hours.
Inspections — from $150
Photographs and video of the areas you nominate, including close views where it’s safe. Delivered by private link within 48 hours. Visual imagery only, not a certified inspection.

How bookings work.
Build a package on the site. Choose the service, the location, and any extras, and the estimate updates as you go. Quotes are estimates. Anything still to be confirmed isn’t included in the figure until we confirm it.
A booking is confirmed when the 20% deposit is received. You aren’t charged unless we confirm the job. Tell us who you are, when you need us, and where we should be.
Finished work is delivered by a private download link. Flyover, real estate and inspections are delivered within 48 hours. Highlights are within five business days. The Big One is within seven. Faster delivery can still be added where that option is offered.
If plans change.
Give us 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may not be refunded.
If we can’t safely or reasonably do the job — weather, safety, legal restrictions, or conditions that aren’t suitable — we’ll reschedule or refund where that’s appropriate.
